- One code per table. QR codes and NFC tags are issued per table, and can be rotated or replaced if one is damaged or copied.
- Order together. Everyone at the table joins the same table session from their own phone and adds to one order and one bill.
- Sizes, add-ons and notes. Dishes with sizes (half/full, small/large) and add-on groups, with rules for how many can be chosen.
- Live menu. Sold out in the kitchen means sold out on every phone, immediately. Photos on every dish if you want them.
- Staff stay in control. Choose whether orders go straight to the kitchen or need a staff confirmation first.
- Order status on the phone. Guests see when their order is accepted, cooking and ready.
Questions
Do guests need to create an account?
No. They can optionally add their name and number when they join the table; nothing else is required.
What happens if someone shares the QR code outside the restaurant?
Codes can be rotated at any time from the dashboard, and staff can require confirmation before an order goes to the kitchen.
